SafeHabitus Policy Workshops serve as a key platform for synthesising cutting-edge scientific research and practical insights from a diverse range of stakeholders. They are designed to facilitate meaningful debate and foster the exchange of perspectives between agricultural actors, occupational safety and health experts, and European policymakers.

This seminar is structured around five thematic sessions:

• Supporting fair and decent farm incomes through the CAP.
• Improving the attractiveness of agriculture and promoting generational renewal.
• Reducing gender gaps and ensuring equal access to land and resources.
• Strengthening social conditionality and improving the working conditions of seasonal and migrant workers.
• Promoting social farming as a contributor to more inclusive and resilient rural communities.

The workshop will conclude with a synthesis of the key policy recommendations emerging from the discussions, providing input to the ongoing debate on the future development of the Common Agricultural Policy.
