Ireland’s Knowledge Centre for Carbon, Climate and Community Action (IKC3) is a collaboration between Munster Technological University (MTU), University College Dublin (UCD) and Trinity College Dublin (TCD). IKC3 had a productive meeting with Mullingar Chamber of Commerce on January 29th, 2024.

Developing sustainability skills and sharing approaches were the key themes discussed at the Mullingar Chamber. ‘There is a recognition that we all need to upskill and learn from each other to enable the transition to net zero,’ says Thomas Flynn of Mullingar Chamber. ‘Here in Mullingar, we have excellent examples from local business and key projects we can build upon, and looking ahead we will be identifying and prioritizing other themes and knowledge sharing activities.
