LEADER

Daniel Bennett has extensive experience engaging with good practice LEADER projects throughout Ireland. He also regularly participates in European events to identify LEADER initiatives with the potential to be adapted and replicated in Ireland.

Case Studies

John Murphy is often out and about with the CAP Network Ireland team engaging with farmers on the ground and collecting farmer stories around the country.

Media & Communications

Sarah Glascott manages the overall communications of the Network, including social channels, the website and newsletters. She also manages our media contacts and promotion.

Education & Bioeconomy

Dave Barry has mapped the agriculture education sector extensively and works very closely with bioeconomy projects and initiatives.

Innovation Hub

Leo McGrane is currently delivering the work of the Innovation Hub. He is leading the Horticulture and EIP-Agri KT Pilots, and supports the work of the Organics Pilot, as well as managing the Hub’s other activities and its external communications.

EIP-AGRI & National Schemes

James Claffey acts as the main link between CAP Network Ireland and the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. He has a deep insight into ongoing schemes, deadlines and good practices, having operated the former National Rural Network, and worked with EIP-Agri projects.
