AKIS in action: Fostering knowledge flows and innovation – Aligning research with practice needs

Part of the WoW series (Webinars on Wednesdays), hosted by modernAKIS and ATTRACTISS.
The event will explore how research can achieve real-world impact through multi-actor and co-creation approaches, bridging science, and practice. It will also address the challenges researchers face in initiating co-creation and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
This event is divided into two parts. The first session on March 19, 2025, will highlight key multi-actor concepts and strategies, including Thematic Networks and EIP-AGRI Operational Groups within agricultural knowledge and innovation systems. These approaches demonstrate how collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the practical application of innovative solutions can enhance the impact of research in agriculture.
Target audience – Advisors, innovation support services, and other providers of specialized services, AKIS coordination bodies, Networks (CAP network or other), Managing authorities and Public authorities.
