The latest edition of the EU CAP Network’s LEADER newsletter is now available. This publication offers an overview of key LEADER activities facilitated by the EU CAP Network and its national partners, along with inspiring success stories on the ground. Produced quarterly, the newsletter includes a wealth of insights.
Headlining the June 2025 edition is an update on the progress of the LEADER programme across five countries in the Baltic Sea Region: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Poland. You can read about their LEADER ambitions, get a glimpse of the state of play of LEADER implementation in these countries, and notably, gain insights into activities related to community resilience and security.
Elsewhere in the newsletter, an article on the EU CAP Network’s Local Action Groups (LAG) Directory is of particular interest. The Directory brings together information on all EU LAGs in one place, helping local, regional and national stakeholders connect, network and collaborate. This tool is being continuously enhanced and enriched with updated information.
Other highlights in this edition include stories on the EU CAP Network’s networking efforts in Spring 2025, good practice ‘Smart Villages’ examples in Lithuania, and much more.
