October
The spreading of organic fertilisers (other than farmyard manure) is prohibited from 1 October 2025.
The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine have announced that 70% advance under the Basic Income Support for Sustainability (BISS), and Complementary Income Support for Sustainability (CRISS) will be made from 16 October 2025.
The deadline for the submission of applications for Non-Productive Investments (NPIs) under the Co-operation approach of the Agri-Climate Rural Environment Scheme (ACRES) is Friday, 17 October.
Payments under the Eco-scheme will be made from 23 October 2025.
November
The spreading of Farmyard Manure on land is prohibited from 01 November 2025.
Participants in the 2025 National Dairy Beef Weighing Scheme must have all weights submitted no later than 17.30hrs on 01 November 2025.
The Succession Planning Advice Grant for 2025 will close to applications on 30 November.
