Proposals are being sought for projects that promote children’s and young person’s safety awareness on farms for the next five years.

Funding of €200,000 is being provided from the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) dedicated farm safety budget for 2025, with an option to extend the contract for a further four years. This tender will support initiatives that have the potential to make a real impact on farm safety and reduce the number of fatal and serious non-fatal incidents involving children and young people on Irish farms.

The successful initiatives must be delivered by November 2025.
