This project is led by ATU Galway and aims to upskill Educators on food sustainability to adapt and develop agri-food programmes. \nYour voice\, expertise and knowledge will provide insights on food sustainability practice and how we can make a difference on a local level. This will shape educational programmes\, enhance awareness\, and engage new stakeholders across Europe. \nThe event will involve engaging discussions and activities\, delicious refreshments and inspiring guest speakers\, including Dr JP McMahon (Chef Patron of Aniar and Cava Bodega)\, Dr Lisa Ryan (Head of School of Science and Computing\, ATU Galway) and Tina Ryan (Climate Action Co-ordinator\, Galway County Council).
