DESCRIPTION:The Subgroup on LEADER and territorial development is part of the governance of the European CAP Network. The Subgroup’s focus is on the thematic work with CAP stakeholders and EU Member States’ administrations regarding LEADER and territorial development. This meeting of the Subgroup will take place over two half-days.\n\nThe objectives of the 3rd meeting of the Subgroup are:\n\n– To provide a policy update on LEADER and territorial development\, including Smart Villages\, from DG AGRI;\n– To provide an update on relevant activities of the EU CAP Network linked to LEADER and transnational cooperation;\n– To explore and discuss networking activities on LEADER in the Member States;\n– To discuss ideas for LEADER activities in the next Annual Work Programme of the EU CAP Network.

DESCRIPTION:The eighth meeting of the Subgroup on Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (SoIKE) will be held in Brussels on Tuesday 11 March 2025.\n\nSince October 2022\, the SoIKE has started its activities as part of the EU CAP Network.\n\nThe SoIKE offers a platform to:\n\n– identify common issues\, good practices and opportunities for peer-to-peer learning\, related to training and advice\, and to innovation and knowledge exchange | EIP-AGRI;\n\n– support the implementation of the AKIS strategic approach\, and facilitate networking and exchanges between AKIS actors\, including transnational initiatives of Operational Group projects;\n\n-provide input for the work programme of the EU CAP Network\, in particular of the Support Facility for Innovation and Knowledge Exchange | EIP-AGRI.\n\nSoIKE meetings are by invitation only. Invitations are sent to the organisations that are represented in the Subgroup on Innovation and Knowledge Exchange.
