DESCRIPTION:This year’s theme\, “Inspiring local communities for a sustainable\, competitive Ireland”\, has inspired us to address a key gap: the low number of bio-based projects submitted to the EIP-AGRI Operational Group (OG) funding call in Ireland.\nThe event will work to answer the questions (1) How to boost Irish bio-based EIP-AGRI OGs and (2) Are bio-based EIP-AGRI operational groups viable for the future of the Irish circular bioeconomy?\nThe programme will feature:\n– Talks by Irish and international speakers\, including success stories\, sectoral perspectives\, and policy insights.\n– A workshop session to identify barriers\, share knowledge\, and start shaping an action plan to enhance bio-based EIP-AGRI OGs in Ireland.
